  • Dr. Jude Etunimonuwa Ogala, is currently an Associate Professor of Petroleum Geology and Sedimentology in the Department of Geology and Acting Director, Research and Innovation Centre at the Delta State University, Abraka, Nigeria. He received his PhD in 2012 from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He has been an academic staff member at Delta State University since 2002. He served as Acting Head of the Department of Geology, Delta State University (2016-2018), Member of Council and Membership Secretary of the Geological Society of Africa (GSAf) between 2009 and 2016. He is a recipient of the European Union Erasmus+ & International Staff Mobility Grant between 2016 and 2020. He has published over 38 papers in peer reviewed journals and his papers received more than 450 citations in the SCI systems.
