EGBADJU Abraham Obukohwo (Mr.) is of Urhobo extraction of Delta State, Nigeria. Precisely, he hails from Abraka in Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State. He studied Political Science at the Delta State University, Abraka and obtained his B.Sc. Degree in 1996, graduating with Second Class Upper Division (21). He proceeded for the NYSC programme in 1997 and was posted to work with the Department of Political Science, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State as a serving corper/ burning with the desire for academic career, he joined the Delta State University, Abraka as Graduate Assistant in 1998. He proceeded to university of Benin, Edo State, where he bagged his M.Sc. Degree in Comparative Politics and Development Studied in 2004. He enrolled for his Ph.D in 2005, but for critical challenges he faced at that time, he could not complete it. He has however, re-enrolled for his Ph.D since 2017 and he is currently at thesis defense stage (Faculty level). Presently, he is Lecturer I. his areas of research interests are on Comparative Politics, Public Policy Analysis and Security Studies (where he presently doing his Ph.D work. Egbadju has been teaching courses in core Political Science areas such as Introduction to Political Science, History of Political Thought, the Military in Politics and Public Policy Analysis. Mr. Egbadju has served in the Department of Political Science, Faculty of the Social Sciences in various capacity and at various times as Departmental Timetable, Officer, Students’ Staff Adviser, Member, Faculty Business Committee and Faculty of the Social Sciences representative to Faculty of Engineering Board of Examiners.
