  • AKPOMUVIE Orhioghene Benedict, who hails from Urhuoka-Abraka in Delta State, had his Bachelors degree in Anthropology from the University of Ibadan and later obtained his Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Anthropology from the prestigious Institute of African Studies, University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He specialized in Cultural and Development Studies.
