Godwin O. Demaki, Ph.D, FCIS Is a chartered Secretary and Administrator by Profession and holds a doctorate degree (Ph.D) in Business Administration of the Delta State University, Abraka. He is a fellow of the institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, United Kingdom and returned to Nigeria after a brief practice to take up appointment as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration, Delta State University, Abraka. He has held position of responsibility severally as a Director and Head of Department respectively, in the same University. he is a roastered consulting expert in corporate governance and research undertaking with the United Nation Development Programme (UNDP) Office Nicosia Cyprus. Presently, he is the chairman, institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) Edo/Delta State. He is also a member of the Governing Council of the same institute (ICSAN) in Nigeria. He is the author of Research Methods For Business, Management, Social Sciences and Education Students which he co-authored with Dr. Sam D.O. Clifford of Delta State University, Abraka. Dr. Godwin O. Demaki is happily married and blessed with children.
