  • Dr. Biokoro Beauty Oborogharen was born on the 24t of July 1959, she obtained her Ph.D degree in Delta State University, Abraka in 2017, Masters of Educarion/Administration Management in University of Benin, 1999, Bachelors of Arts in Education (English) 1992 in University of Port Harcourt, National Certificate of Education 1986, University of Benin and Teachers Grade II Certificate 1981, Ministry of Education, Bauchi.
