  • OVHARHE, Oghenero Joseph was born on the 18th July, 1967. He bagged a Ph. D. in Agricultural Extension (2017). He is a Lecturer with the Delta State University, Abraka. He has served in the university under the following capacity as: Deputy Dean of Student, • Course and Staff Adviser, • Coordinator in Departmental and Faculty Post Graduate Seminar; SIWES Programme, • Secretary in Departmental Board, LOC ASN, DELSU, Asaba, • Committee Member in Faculty of Agriculture, MDG Representative, Departmental Welfare and Examination Monitoring, • Hall Warden in Council Hall of Residence, Asaba Campus, Asaba • Representative of the institution in seminar/conferences. He has attended many seminar and conferences. He currently has over 50 publications both in local and foreign journals. He has published a book tagged: Relationship. He is a community development practitioner and organizational team player. He worked with SPDC for nine and half years. He served as consultant to multinationals, national and local organisations in agricultural and community developmental issues. He has developed many human resources both in capacity building and inputs/assets supply. His curriculum activities include community outreaches, cycling and trekking.
