  • Dr. Brown E. Umukoro is a Law Lecturer in the Faculty of Law, Delta State University, Nigeria, a member of the Delta State Justice Sector Reform Team, a Notary Public and Legal Practitioner. He is a former Head of Department of Commercial & Property Law, and current Head of the Department of Jurisprudence and International Law. He is the Head of the DELSU Law Clinic, Faculty of Law, Delta State University, Oleh Campus, one of the editors of DELSU Law Review, Chairman, DELSU Law Review Publication Committee. His areas of interest are International Humanitarian Law, Human Rights Law, Civil and Criminal Procedure Law and Environmental Law and Labour Law.
