  • Isebe L. Marcus is presently Head of Unit (Technical Services) in the Faculty of Law Library, Delta State University, Abraka, Nigeria. He obtained Diploma in Computer Science, B.L.S, M.L.S and (Ph.D in view) in Library and Information Science both from Delta State University Abraka and Imo State University, Owerri. He is a certified Librarian with the Librarian Registration Council of Nigeria and also a member of the Nigerian Library Association (NLA). He has seventeen (17) years working experience in Librarianship and he has authored books, he has local and international journal publications, presented and reviewed different books.
