• Dr. Joseph Efe Anho is a senior lecture in the department of Educational Management and Foundations, Delta State University, Abraka, Nigeria. He graduated from the Bendel State University, Ekpoma (Abraka Campus) with Bachelor of Arts Education Degree, specializing in English and Literary Studies 1989. He has his Master and Ph.D. in Educational Administration in the years 2000 and 2006 respectively from the Delta State University, Abraka. He was initially employed as an Administrative Staff 1993 were he rose to the position of a Senior Assistant Registrar; he served as secretaries to committees and boards, was the public relations officer and the alumni relations officer of the university before being converted to lecture. He has many local, regional and international publications to his credit. His special interest is in higher education, human resources and school plant administration. He was the Head of Department of Educational Management and Foundations from 2018 – 2019. He has served as a member of faculty postgraduate board and university senate. He is a member of various academic/professional bodies. He is currently the Managing Editor of the Faculty of Education Journal.
