  • Romina Ifeoma Asiyai is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Management and Foundations Delta State University, Abraka. She is currently the Acting Head of Department. She holds a B.Sc (Ed) Degree in Chemistry, M. Ed & P.hD Degrees in Educational Administration. She is a member of the Nigerian Association for Educational Administration and Planning, member Higher Education Research and Policy Network (HERPNET) and member Common Wealth Council of Educational Management. She is also a member of the Regional Scientific Committee of Educational Research Network for West and Central Africa (ERNWACA). She is the current Vice President. Consequently, she is the Nigerian Editor of Journal of Educational Research in Africa since 2013 and has contributed significantly in editing several volumes of JERA. She has also edited papers for Inderscience Publishers, Common Group Research Network and Tailor and Francis Publishers. Her research interest focuses on issues bothering on improving quality of education, with passion for Higher Education Studies. Leadership and teacher education. She has attended several international and national conferences where she presented papers and acted as a chair of a section.
