- Dr. OGBOMO, Esoswo Francisca (CLN) is a senior lecturer in the Department of Library and Information Science, Faculty of Education, Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State, Nigeria. She is a member of the Nigeria Library Association (NLA). She obtained a Diploma, BLS degree and M.Sc from the Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State, Nigeria and Ph.D from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria. She possesses professional certificates in IZO-007 Introduction to Oracle 9i: SQL and Oracle Database 10g: Administration I. She has published both in local, national and International journals. She has attended conferences and seminars in Nigeria and foreign countries. Her areas of interest include ICTs, research and statistics.
