  • Vincent Eseoghene Efebeh, Ph.D. Had his early education at St. Jude Anglican Primary School, Ebute Metta (West) and Festac UPE School VI, all in Lagos. He later attended Festac Grammar School, Festival Town, Lagos, and finally completed his secondary education at C&S Remedial School, Surulere, Lagos. Upon the completion of his secondary education, he proceeded to Delta State University, Abraka, where he obtained B.Sc. (Hons) in Political Science. He made a life-changing stop over at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, in 1999 through the year 2000 immediately after his mandatory National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) programme in Ekiti State. He proceeded to the prestigious University of Lagos where he obtained Master of International Law and Diplomacy (MILD) and M.Sc. in Political Science in 2002 and 2004 respectively. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Delta State University, Abraka in 2017. Dr. Vincent E. Efebeh has published in several local, national and international academic journals and chapters in books edited by renowned scholars. He currently teaches International Law, Diplomacy and International Relations courses in the Department of Political Science, Delta State University, Abraka. Dr. Efebeh is a Grand Master in Taekwondo, a 5th DAN (WTF) Black Belt holder and the pioneer instructor of DELSU-TAE-KWON-DO. He represented and won medals for DELSU, Abraka, while he was a student, at various NUGA Games as a player cum coach. He also served as the coach of Delta State Taekwondo contingent to the National Sports Festival that took place in Bauchi in year 2000. At various times, he was a national champion at various Taekwondo tournaments and also represented Nigeria at some other times. He is a member of Lagos State Taekwondo Association, Nigeria Taekwondo Federation and World Taekwondo Federation (WTF).
