  • Dr. Francis Ayegbunam Ikenga is a Nigerian by birth. He is an alumnus of Delta State University, Abraka, Nigeria, where he obtained his B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Political Science. He obtained his M.Sc. degree in the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 2002. His quest for knowledge and interest in academic research, informed his decision to join the Delta State University as an academic in 2007, where he has remained till date. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science, Delta State University, Abraka. Ikenga’s research interest is on government and administration
