  • Ndakara, Ofudjaye Emmanuel, is a Professor in the Department of Geography and Regional Planning, Delta State University Abraka, Nigeria. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Geography (Biogeography, Biodiversity Conservation, Soil and Environmental Management) from the University of Ibadan; M.Sc. degree in Geography (Biogeography, Biodiversity Conservation, Soil and Environmental Management) from the University of Ibadan; and B.Sc. degree in Geography and Regional Planning from the Delta State University. His areas of specialisation are Biogeography, Soil-geography, Biodiversity conservation and Environmental Management. Prof. E. O. Ndakara has successfully conducted several distinctive researches and published research articles in the international (indexed and abstracted journals), national and local journals, as well as referred books of readings and proceedings. He belongs to different research groups where he has served as lead researcher as well as an active member, such as the Delta State University COVID-19 research team, the Department of Geography and Regional Planning research team, and Biodiversity Conservation TETFund research team, Delsu. He is an active member of the Association of Nigerian Geographers; and also a member of the Nigerian Association of Hydrological Sciences. He has attended several conferences on records.
