  • Dr. (Mrs.) Bertha Ese Omoruan is presently a lecturer 1 in the Institute of Education, Delta State University, Abrka, Delta State, Nigeria. She obtained her Ph.D degree in Educational Measurement and Evaluation in 2017 from the University of Port Harcourt, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria; her M.Ed degree is also in Educational Measurement and Evaluation obtained in 2006, from Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State, Nigeria. Also, from Delta State University, Abraka. She obtained her Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) in 2001. Her first degree is a B.Sc (Hon) in Pure Mathematics, obtained in 1998 from Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State, Nigeria. Her areas of interest include: Educational Measurement and Evaluation - specifically in Micro-Computers in Test Development and Analysis, Construction and Validation of Measurement Instruments for the Assessment of Students during instructions and for diagnostic purposes.
