  • Prof James Okoro is a native of Olomoro, in Isoko South LGA of Delta State. Born on the 19th in 1970, at Anibeze in Sagbama LGA of Bayelsa State. He holds B.Sc (Hons) Business Education (Secretarial Studies Option) (1992), M.Ed Educational Management, ( 1998) Rivers State University, Port Harcourt, Ph.D Educational Administration(2005), University of Port Harcourt, M Ed Business Education (2008), University of Benin, Ph.D Business Education (2012) Nnamdi Azikiwe, Awka. He was employed as a Assistant Lecturer in November 29, 2002, at Delta State University, Abraka. Ag Director, Instructional Resource Centre November 1 2011 to March 31, 2017, Coordinator Delsu Affiliate Programme Agbor, 2017, Faculty of Education Representative to Senate 2017, Head of Department of Business Educators October 18, 2017 till Date. He was promoted to the Rank of Professor of Business Educators on October 1, 2018. Managing Editor, Delta Business Education Journal, Member Editorial board, Nigeria Journal of Business Education, Member Association of Business Educators of Nigeria (ABEN) Chairman, Association of Business Educators of Nigeria (ABEN) Delta State Chapter Agust 27, 2015 to March 18, 2020.He is an External Examiner to Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Niger Delta University, Amasoma, and Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, He has supervised more than twenty Postgraduate Students projects at National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). He is happily married and the union is blessed with many children.
