  • Enamiroro Patrick Oghuvbu, is a professor of Educational Administration and Planning in the Department of Educational Management and Foundations at the Delta State University, Abraka. He obtained a Bachelor of Education degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Benin in 1986 and also a Master of Education in Educational Planning from the same University in 1990. He capped it with a PhD in Educational Administration from the Delta State University, Abraka in 1998. He is widely published in books and journals in Nigeria and across the world. He had served the Delta State University, Abraka, as Head of Department, Director of ICT Centre, Director of the Institute of Education, Director of JUPEB and Dean of the Faculty of Education. He is now the Provost of the Asaba campus of the University. Professor Oghuvbu is married with children.
