- The development of human beings physically, mentally and socially in all settings wherever the opportunity provides itself or where I can create such an opportunity. This is my resolve as a teacher and especially as a coach. It is, therefore, my desire to seek the opportunity for the motivation of any team to which I belong to achieve clearly defined goals. It is also my objective to aspire to use innovative approaches to problem-solving and the creation of new ideas and concepts.
