Onyemelukwe Rebecca Chiegonu is a lecturer in Business Education of the Delta State University, Abraka. She obtained her Ph.D. degree in Business Education in 2008 from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, M.Sc. in Business Education in 1998 from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, PGDE in Business Education in 1992 from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka and HND in Business Education in 1981 from Bitman College, London. Member Teachers' Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), member Association of Business Educators of Nigeria (ABEN).
