  • Akpojotor Rita Ufuoma is a seasoned Educationist who is driven by a deep passion for revolutionizing Nigerian education by empowering educators to create inclusive, top-notch learning environments that set students up for 21st-century. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Education (B.A. Ed) degree in Nursery and Primary Education from Delta State University, Abraka which prompted her journey and passion for early years reading techniques to create an engaging learning experiences. Her passion and desire for advancing knowledge and expertise of the early years prompted her to pursue a Master of Education (M.Ed) in Childhood Education, which followed immediately with the zenith of academic achievement, a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree in Childhood Education from the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Her academic journey reflects her strong determination to contribute to the field of early childhood through constant training on practical skills needed to stay relevant in the field and diving into educational research to stay ahead of the curve. Dr Akpojotor started working at Delta State University, Abraka as a Lecturer 1 in the Department of Educational management and Foundations in the year 2024 after getting to the position of Chief Lecturer at the Federal College of Education Tech. Asaba. Dr Akpojotor has garnered wealth of experience in teaching and research which has earned her publications and allowed her to have an impact which added to the body of knowledge in the field of early childhood education.
