  • Nkedishu Victor Chukwubueze is a highly dedicated and accomplished educator who has demonstrated unwavering commitment to academic excellence and professional growth. He holds a Bachelor Science and Education (BSc. Ed) degree in Social Studies Education, showcasing his foundational dedication to the field of education. His passion for advancing his knowledge and expertise in educational administration led him to pursue a Master of Education (M.Ed) degree in Educational Administration, followed by the pinnacle of academic achievement, a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree in Educational Administration, all of which he earned at the prestigious Delta State University, Abraka. His academic journey reflects his strong determination to contribute to the field of educational administration through research, teaching, and leadership. Dr. Nkedishu started working at Delta State University as an assistant lecturer in the Department of Educational Management and Foundations in the year 2020. He has attained the level of Lecturer II as a result of his extraordinary devotion, instructional skill, and scholarly achievements, which demonstrates his dedication to professional development and the academic community. The fact that Dr. Nkedishu is well-known and has been published in both national and international publications has allowed him to have an impact outside of the classroom and added to the body of knowledge in the field of educational administration.
