  • Nelson Ejiro Akpotu, PH.D. a professor of Educational planning with research interesting Demographic Aspects of Educational Planning and Economis of Education. I served as Director of Academic Planning of the University and currently the Director of Open and Distance Learning. I was a visiting professor to the National Universities Commission (NUC) from November 2010 to October 2011. I attended the Famous College of Education Abraka, University of Calabar and University of Benin. I am happily married with Children.
