  • Odedede Joan Nkechi ( Mrs) is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Mass Communication, Delta State University, Abraka, Nigeria. Mrs Odedede obtained her B.Sc and M.Sc degree in Mass Communication from Delta State University, Abraka in 2014 and 2019 respectively. Mrs Odedede is a doctoral student at the Nnamdi Azikwe University, Awka and her research interest focus on Public relations, Advertising and Development Communication. Mrs Odedede joined the league of researchers on the global demands of millennium development goals and sustainable human development goals to combat HIV/AIDS, malaria and other diseases and child protection against abuse. She joined the services of the Delta State University, Abraka in September, 2019, where she has been lecturing, project supervision, researching and mentoring undergraduate students till date. Her hands – on and teaching experience covers health communication, photojournalism management, computer appreciation, graphic communication, foundation of broadcasting, international broadcasting, and examination supervision. Mrs Odedede has served the University meritoriously as a member of departmental screening committee for the screening of newly admitted students ( 2019/ 2020 session ) in the Department of Mass Communication. Mrs Odedede has been actively involved in researching in some of the contemporaries’ health communication issues and has a strong flair for academic excellence. Odedede Joan Nkechi ( Mrs.) is happily married to Prof. O.Odedede and the union is blessed with three children.
