- Dr Patrick Ijeh is a teacher, administrator and scholar with interests in Educational Media and Political Advertising. He has B.A (Mass Communication); M.A. (Mass Communication) and Ph.D. (Communication Arts) from Delta State University, Abraka; University of Nigeria, Nsukka and University of Ibadan, Ibadan reschedule. He has published over forty scholarly articles in foreign and local journals and chapters in books.
