  • Dr. Mrs. Okpeki Philo Igue hails from Kokori inland, Ethiope East local government in Delta State. She is presently a lecturer at the department of Music, Delta State University, Abraka. She has a long-standing experience as a teacher of Music Media. She has been teaching for more than a decade. She is also married with 3 beautiful children.
