  • Okpu Oghale a textile Designer hails from Bethel-Oyede in Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria. She graduated from the Department of Fine and Applied Arts University of Benin, Nigeria where she also did a Post Graduate Diploma in Education. She proceeded to University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nigeria between 1986 to 1992, where she obtained her Master’s Degree and later a PhD in Art History in Delta State University, Abraka, Nigeria in 2006. She taught at the University of Uyo Akwa-Ibom State, Nigeria from 1986 to 1998. She is currently teaching in Delta State University, Abraka, Nigeria where she has developed a lot of people artistically since her graduation.
