  • Dr. Brown E. Umukoro is a Law Lecturer in the Faculty of Law, Delta State University, Nigeria, a member of the Delta State Justice Sector Reform Team, a Notary Public and Legal Practitioner. His areas of interest are International Humanitarian Law, Human Rights Law, Civil and Criminal Procedure Law and Environmental Human Rights Law. He is the present Head of Department of Commercial and Property Law.
