Edwin Iroroeavwo Achugbue, PhD, is a certified librarian under the Nigerian Law, he obtained his Masters of Science (M.Sc.) in Library and Information Science in 2005 and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Library Science in 2015 from the prestigious Delta State University Abraka, Nigeria. He works as a Librarian from 1999 to 2007 at the Delta State University Library and later moved to the Department of Library and information Science Delta State University Abraka in 2007. From 2007 to 2018 he was a Lecturer in the Department of Library and Information Science. In May 2018/2020, he was deployed by the Federal Government of Nigeria on diplomatic assignment as a Technical Aid on Education to the Republic of Uganda, Attached to Kabale University Kabale, Uganda East Africa. He returned to Nigeria , on August 2020 and resumed work in the department of Library and Information Science, Delta State University Abraka, Nigeria. He has published many articles in international, national and local journals, his area of research includes, ICT and librarianship, social media and library services, social networking and infopreneur
