Department of Political Science
Prof. Atare OTITE, a professor of Political Science with specialization in the areas of Contemporary Political Analysis, Development and Gender Studies. I have served the university in the following capacity as member of various committees at the Departmental, Faculty and University level (including Senate Representative at the University Sports Committee); as Head of Department of Department of Political Science, Director of Centre for Continuing Education and currently the Dean of the Faculty of the Social Sciences. In addition to this, I am a permanent member of Delta State University Senate and currently Senate Representative in Delta State University Governing Council.
