  • I am a Human Resource Management and Business administration professional with a BSc. in Business Administration, an M.Sc.in Human Resource Management, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration. I also possess a certificate from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the United Kingdom (CIPD UK).In addition, I  possess online certifications in Employee Engagement and Employee Relations and Managing & Leading People. My area of expertise and proficiency are in developing partnerships, team leadership, recruitment, selection and retention, training & development, and Strategic Human Resource Management, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and administration. I am a researcher whose special interests and requisite experience are in Human resource and Human Capital Development, Organizational Behavior, Employee Relations, and General management.
