We also safeguard the intellectual property rights of researchers and the university. By promoting accessibility and understanding of research findings for the benefit of society, we actively seek resources to support and sustain a robust research infrastructure.

The Centre for Research and Innovation  was established by the Senate of Delta State University at its meeting of 25th January, 2005. The Centre is a specialized unit under the Vice Chancellor’s office and is headed by a Director, who is assisted by other administrative staff.
